Sitting in the lobby at work
Today was pretty rough at work, I had the meanest most difficult customers I’d had in a while.
I’ve been working in a call center for about 5 and half years now, I know how to calm people down and let the nasty comments roll right off my back. Â But a few times a year you get a REALLY bad one. Â Then your day just goes downhill from there.
I was so glad to clock out at the end of the day.  Hopefully  tomorrow will be better.
